- Dubai's crypto regulator, VARA, prohibits activity in anonymity-enhanced cryptocurrencies. elliptic.co
- The DIFC's regulator banned privacy tokens from 12 January 2026. en.cryptonomist.ch
- Abu Dhabi's ADGM also prohibits privacy tokens for regulated firms. adgm.com
