- Swaps are public on THORChain and on the chains involved. Whether ZEC deposits and payouts can use shielded addresses is not yet documented.

- Vaults run by THORChain's node operators hold pooled funds while a swap settles.

- THORChain says it can halt a chain or the whole network but does not freeze individual addresses or swaps. Screening by front-ends is not documented.
