An accountless swap service with fixed and floating rates. Shielded ZEC payouts are not documented.
Guide
- On swapuz.com, choose your coin and ZEC on the Zcash network, and enter an amount.
- Floating rate is the default. Click the lock to choose a fixed rate instead.
- Fill in the recipient address. Swapuz doesn't document shielded support, so use a transparent (t1) address.
- Send the deposit to the address shown at the Send Deposit step.
- When the ZEC arrives, shield it in your wallet.
Who sees what
Plain facts about who can see this route and who holds your money along the way, with sources. Every route involves some trade-off.
- Who can see it
- The chain you pay from is public, and the ZEC arrives on a public transparent address. Swapuz sees the amounts and both addresses. Its terms forbid using VPNs or proxies to hide your IP address.
- Who holds your funds
- You send coins to Swapuz's deposit address and rely on it to send the ZEC.
- Identity checks
- No account. If a swap is suspected of fraud, its terms let it suspend the swap or the refund indefinitely until you pass KYC. kycnot.me: KYC level 3.
- Compliance screening
- Swaps are checked by internal controls at Swapuz and its partners. A flagged swap can be refunded minus fees.

- kycnot.me posted a warning after a user reported an undisclosed fee on a swap marked high-risk. The fee was refunded after OrangeFren stepped in. kycnot.me

Good to know
- Swapuz advertises swaps of 2 to 10 minutes. On 2 Oct 2026 Trocador's ETA for a Swapuz BTC to ZEC swap was 12 minutes.
- Its terms list restricted locations including the US, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore and mainland China.
