How to do it
- Open 0xramp.app. Zcash is selected by default.
- Choose your currency and payment method.
- Enter your wallet's transparent Zcash address (it starts with t1) and the amount. 0xramp delivers to transparent addresses only.
- Pay with your local payment app as instructed.
- ZEC is delivered to your wallet, usually within minutes. Shield it once it arrives.

- Who can see it
- The P2P.me merchant you pay sees your local payment details. NEAR Intents handles the conversion to ZEC and sees that part. ZEC arrives at a transparent address, public onchain until you shield it.
- Who holds your funds
- 0xramp holds no funds or keys. P2P.me holds USDC in escrow during the trade, then it passes through NEAR Intents for the swap to ZEC.
- Identity checks
- No ID documents. You verify with privacy-preserving social proofs, and your limits grow as you add more.
- Compliance screening
- Not documented for 0xramp or P2P.me. The ZEC conversion uses NEAR Intents, so its screening and possible holds apply. Your bank may also restrict payments.
